Baer is looking for SAP S4 Manufacturing Serialization Analyst for a 18+ month project located in Santa Clara, CA.
Title: SAP S4 Manufacturing Serialization Analyst
Location: Remote and travel to Santa Clara
Duration: 18 months
Rate: Hourly Plus Expenses Reimbursed
Alignment: W2 or C2C
Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of serialization functionalities within SAP S/4HANA.
- Ensure that all products are correctly serialized in compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Configure and customize SAP S/4HANA serialization modules to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to define requirements and develop effective solutions.
- Manage and maintain accurate serialization data.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across all systems and processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve serialization processes and workflows.
- Implement best practices to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and traceability.
- Ensure serialization processes comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Support audits and inspections by providing necessary documentation and reports.
Required Experience:
- Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA, particularly in the context of serialization and manufacturing processes.
- Experience with the implementation and support of serialization functionalities in SAP S/4HANA.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Experience managing projects related to SAP S/4HANA implementations, particularly serialization projects.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage project timelines and deliverables.
- Understanding of industry standards and regulatory requirements related to serialization in manufacturing
- Experience supporting compliance audits and providing necessary documentation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- SAP S/4HANA certification.
- Experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge of global serialization regulations and standards.
