Job Type: Contract (40 hours per week)

Location: Candidates are required to work in one of the client offices noted below a minimum of three days per week and could eventually be required in the office full time.

ABOUT RCM's CLIENT:

RCM's client is a global specialty provider of property and casualty insurance and reinsurance, was established in March 2017 as the result of the acquisition of two smaller firms and has an extensive global footprint with nearly 80,000 employees in 228 cities in 30 countries. Its core business encompasses one of the largest property and casualty (P&C) insurance groups in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) domestic market. RCM's client is looking to expand its current IT capacity with several key hires to take advantage of rapid growth and current market opportunities.

SPECIFIC ROLE:

RCM's client is seeking a seasoned SAP QA Test Lead with over five years of specialized experience in SAP modules such as FSCD, FS-RI, SAP BP, Workflow, and FiGL. The role involves leading a QA team across onsite and offshore environments, crafting and executing test cases for system enhancements, and managing regression test scripts. A strong background in software testing, SAP integrations, and familiarity with general Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain practices is essential. Experience with SAP TOSCA, Solution Manager, ChaRM, and a track record in business analysis within the P&C insurance sector is highly desirable.

The client is in a solid growth mode and offers a dynamic work environment with an abundance of new challenges/learning opportunities. This is a key role in support of their current IT Delivery initiatives and will be viewed as a strategic hire for their team.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead a QA team of 3-6 members in an onsite/offshore environment.

Troubleshoot and triage source-to-target system data using XML, log viewers, interface, and SAP data.

Construct and execute test cases for new enhancement and defect fixes.

Document test failures to assist the developers to investigate the failure.

Maintain and update regression test scripts with each new release.

Coordinate testing with other application teams.

TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS:

5+ years of SAP experience in FSCD, FS-RI, SAP BP, Workflow, and FiGL modules.

Proficiency with SAP TOSCA Automation Tool and SAP Solution Manager (SolMan).

Ability to create new test cases, analyze failures, and fix the test scripts independently.

Must have 2+ years of Business Analysis (BA), Quality Analyst (QA) experience in the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance sector.

Knowledge of SAP BAPI/RFC and integration experience with upstream applications, particularly Guidewire or other similar Policy/Claim Administration Systems.

Proficient in developing and reviewing test plans, scenarios, cases, scripts, and in bug/defect analysis.

Experience with SAP ChaRM for release management and coordination with SAP BASIS teams for production deployments.

Experience leading teams in an onsite-offshore working environment model.

Knowledge of the insurance/reinsurance domain is a plus.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's Degree and/or above from an accredited college or university.

This range is specific to certain locations and considers the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.

Compensation Range:

Pay Rate $52/hr. - $58/hr.
