Job Details

Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage a team of SAP consultants to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client needs.
2. Develop and implement SAP solutions, ensuring they align with the strategic objectives of the business.
3. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing their expectations and ensuring their satisfaction.
4. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
5. Conduct regular project reviews to ensure progress against objectives, budget, timeline, and quality standards.
6. Identify, analyze, and resolve project issues, risks, and conflicts.
7. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
8. Stay abreast of the latest SAP developments and trends to ensure the delivery of innovative and efficient solutions.
9. Contribute to the development of SAP best practices, standards, and methodologies within the company.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP consulting, with a focus on leading and managing teams.
3. Proven track record of successfully delivering SAP solutions on time and within budget.
4. Strong understanding of SAP modules, including but not limited to MM, SD, PP, FICO, and HR.
5. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
6. Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with a knack for developing innovative solutions to complex challenges.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
9. SAP certification is a plus.
