Job Title: Serialization Analyst Location: Santa Clara, CA(20% Travel required) Duration: 5 Months+ Job Description: Roles and Respoinsibilities: - Lead the implementation and optimization of manufacturing and subcontracting processes within SAP S/4 HANA environment
- Ensure seamless integration of manufacturing processes with Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and product costing modules in SAP
- Utilize Ariba for effective collaboration with subcontracting suppliers, ensuring efficient supply chain operations
- Develop and maintain master data elements such as material master, Bill of Materials (BOM), routings, etc., to support manufacturing operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices in serialization and logistics
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in implementing manufacturing and subcontracting processes in the high-tech/semiconductor industry.
- Proficiency in SAP S/4 HANA with a focus on manufacturing and logistics modules.
- Strong knowledge of master data elements including material master, BOM, routings, etc.
- Must demonstrate a results-oriented approach and a proactive attitude, highlighting adaptability, flexibility, and resourcefulness.
