- 10+ years of hands-on experience with SAP S/4 HANA
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with FICO-Accounts Payable module
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Concur solutions
- Possess a strong FICO background with extensive experience integrating with key support applications (ex: Concur)
- Possess Integrated Concur Solutions (ICS) experience, understand the attainable value of this integration tool, have prior implementation experience
- Be well versed in the SAP technology and their interoperability (S/4, AO, Fiori Apps, Concur, BW, SAC, etc.)
- Be knowledgeable of the various SAP modules (SD, MM, Tax, Lease Management, etc.) and how they interrelate
- Be educated on Accounting and Finance best practices, and have successfully supported multiple SAP finance initiatives
As this role is an integral part of a large SAP S/4HANA implementation team for a global Fintech company, the candidate must demonstrate their ability to successfully work with multiple teams across a rich SAP landscape.
Responsibilities
- Design and Configure SAP S/4 HANA 1909 to ensure the following functionality is working correctly: Accounts Payable, New General Ledger, New Asset Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, RAR, Lease Management, Project Costing, Results Analysis and Profitability Analysis
- Leverage SAP Integrated Concur Solutions (ICS) to automate processes and synchronize data between SAP Concur and SAP S/4 HANA
- Work with business and technical leads to plan, coordinate and execute technical projects throughout the entire project lifecycle
- Mentor, coach, and lead members of the SAP Technical and Business teams in best practices
- Ensure work efforts and tasks are organized and prioritized to meet SLAs and deliverables
- Track Risks and issues associated with the Project and Production support deliverables
- Keep the team updated about the progress for timely completion of assigned tasks
- Execute the project deliverables by collaborating with the on-site technical and business teams
- Analyse existing business processes, and work with the various business units to identify and implement best practices including cross-functional integration across all modules
- Analyse, understand, and deploy SAP support packs and releases that maximize use of the core capabilities of each release
- Perform root cause analysis of system functionality defects and provide design assistance to resolve the issues
- Address and resolve system functionality support issues via configuration, SAP note application and recommending appropriate developments
- Develop and design functional specifications for customized development and provide functional support to the development team
- Conduct system integration testing and assist business users in completing user acceptance testing to validate functionality prior to production release
- Collaborate with the business systems leaders to identify, research, and propose functionality improvement opportunities in the financial systems technology roadmap
Qualifications
Education and Specialized Work Experience:
- 7+ years of hands-on experience with SAP S/4 HANA
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with FICO-Accounts Payable module
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Concur solutions
- 3+ years of Finance Technology industry experience is a plus
- 3+ full lifecycle SAP implementations
- Deep knowledge of SAP FICO and Accounts Payables with hands-on configuration experience in Concur Integration with S/4 (ICS), General Ledger, Controlling, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Bank interfaces, Profitability Analysis, Tax and Treasury modules
- Good functional knowledge on SD and MM and their integration points with Accounting and Finance modules
- Experience deploying SAP Integrated Concur Solutions (ICS)
- Relevant SAP certifications are a plus
- Bachelor s degree in finance, accounting, or IT related field
