What you'll do on the team
As the SAP Cloud & Infrastructure Practice Director, you will lead Avvale's infrastructure and Cloud Practice.

You will be responsible for:

• Provide strategic leadership and the successful delivery of innovative cloud-based solutions and platform infrastructure strategies to our SAP and non-SAP clients.
• Lead the design and implementation of comprehensive cloud solutions across SAP and public platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) ensuring optimal performance, scalability, resiliency, and security.
• Provide leadership on emerging cloud and SAP technologies, best practices, and industry trends, ensuring our clients are at the forefront of cloud innovation.
• Plan, direct, coordinate, and oversee Platform Infrastructure activities for our clients, ensuring efficient operations and cost-effective systems are developed and implemented.
• Work with the senior leadership to define and execute the practice business plan. This includes strategy, practice P&L, sales, marketing, delivery, solutions, partner program management, and resource and people management.
• Work with the sales and marketing team to manage lead generation, set the sold revenue target, and oversee the delivery team to ensure that booked projects are delivered promptly to recognize revenue.

What you'll bring to the team

• 15+ years of prior professional services and hands-on experience in management consulting
• 7+ years working within the SAP ecosystem (SAP HANA, Basis)
• Extensive knowledge and leadership experience with both on-premise and cloud-based Infrastructure services (AWS, Azure, GPC), including mastery of this functional domain, project/program leadership, and full-scope service ownership
• Extensive knowledge and leadership experience with proactive IT monitoring, response, and recovery management services
• Be a subject matter expert of Cloud Infrastructure project delivery and have a successful track record of establishing strong client relationships
• Proven broad understanding of IT development lifecycle
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capability
• Excellent communication skills
• Leadership and teaming skills
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 50%

Base salary range: 200-250k base
- Discretionary Annual Bonus Potential: up to 25% of base salary based on company and individual key performance indicators.
