GyanSys is looking for a Business Process Analyst for its direct client in Santa Clara, CA.
- 7-10 years experience in providing IT solutions to complex business problems by using varying technologies.
- The ideal candidate will have a mix of Q2C, finance, cost management, manufacturing business processes.
- Assess the business requirement (RIT) and work with BPA/End users to review/streamline the requirement to deliver business value.
- Assessing the systems architecture currently in place and working with technical teams to recommend solutions to improve it.
- Define and write/review the Functional process document (FS) in line with the BPD/BRD.
- Present the FS to Technical architect for them to complete the design.
- Collaborates with IT portfolio managers, PM & customers to co-develop a roadmap and drive products and features from concept to launch in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience planning and reporting on projects with project management tools.
- Demonstrated understanding and use of Agile and Waterfall methodology.
- Review the UAT test case and work with business and execution team closely to complete the UAT.
- Participate in QA checkpoints during delivery to provide guidance and ensure solution aligns with original scope.
- Working knowledge of following tools - Confluence, Jira, ServiceNOW, O365 suite of applications, Java technology
- Knowledge of the Semiconductor industry a plus.
- Bachelor s degree in information technology, software engineering, computer science, or related field.
