Position Title: SAP BPC Consultant

Job Summary: As a SAP BPC Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC) solutions to meet the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation needs of our organization. You will work closely with finance teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and provide ongoing support to ensure the successful implementation and utilization of SAP BPC.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with finance stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation processes.
  • Design and implement SAP BPC solutions to meet business needs, including configuring dimensions, models, input forms, reports, and business rules.
  • Customize and extend standard SAP BPC functionality using SAP BPC script logic, business process flows, and other advanced features.
  • Develop and maintain financial models, templates, and reports within SAP BPC, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and alignment with business objectives.
  • Support the integration of SAP BPC with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW) and external systems to ensure data consistency and integrity.
  • Conduct user training sessions and workshops to educate finance users on SAP BPC functionality, best practices, and optimization techniques.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to finance users for SAP BPC-related issues and inquiries, resolving incidents and addressing change requests as needed.
  • Perform system enhancements, upgrades, and patches to keep SAP BPC environments up to date with the latest features and enhancements.
  • Stay informed about updates, new features, and industry trends in SAP BPC and financial planning and analysis (FP&A), and make recommendations for enhancements and optimizations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience working with SAP Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC) software, including implementation, configuration, and support.
  • Strong understanding of financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation.
  • Experience with SAP BPC version 10.x or higher, including SAP BPC Embedded and SAP BPC Standard models.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • SAP certification in Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC) is desirable.
