Summary:

The Customer Samples Coordinator will coordinate with Customer Service and Sales team to ensure our customer samples ship within 24-48 hours of request. This role will ensure proper stock levels of small and mid-size samples of our protein products to successfully ship samples each day. This role will work alongside production to ensure we are providing fresh material to our customers.


This Position Reports To: Production and Safety Manager

Shift: Days 8:00am- 5:00pm Monday to Friday


Requirements:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Maintain proper stock levels of materials to bottle for sampling.
  • Bottle, label, and stock high turn products for quick shipment
  • Maintain back up product for slower moving samples, bottling material as needed for shipment.
  • Package, label, and ship samples daily to meet target of shipments within 24-48 hours of request.
  • Ensure the sampling room has ample stock of packaging to fit the requirements of the weekly/monthly sampling
  • Request supplies as needed with purchasing to comply with safety stock.
  • Back up and assist the production repack team as needed for support including repacking

Competencies:

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task
  • Excel, Microsoft Sharepoint, Microsoft Office a must.
  • Knowledge of ISO & GMP is a plus
  • Strong ability to communicate cross functionally across our organization.
  • Strong attention to detail an adaptability to change.

Qualifications and Skills

  • GED or equivalent required
  • Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily or have an ability to learn essential duties. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
  • This is an Entry Level position- experience is welcome, but not required
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship is not available for this role.
