Sample Management Scientist

Job Description

Sample Management Scientist responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Oversee material receipt and inventory management activities to ensure accurate tracking and organization of all incoming materials.

Conduct aseptic aliquoting of samples from source bulk, adhering to strict protocols to maintain sample integrity.

Facilitate the timely submission of samples to testing laboratories, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.

Utilize Good Documentation Practices to meticulously generate and review documentation throughout the storage and submission process, maintaining thorough records of all activities.

Employ data integrity principles to populate and maintain databases supporting inventory management and sample submission, ensuring accuracy and reliability of information.

Experience working in dynamic environments where flexibility is essential.

Foster a customer service attitude within and among laboratory personnel.
