Essential Skills :

Job Description:

" 8+ years experience in building and architecting salesforce applications

" A proven track record working as part of a team on large/complex systems

" Partner with Solution Domain Lead architects (if necessary) to seek guidance or vet solutions impacting other domains

" Architectural/technical experience with cloud native their platform as a service offering

" Exposure in Salesforce Sales cloud, Service cloud

Responsibilities:

" Working in a fast-paced environment with business, technology, and designers to build new capabilities, platforms, features and improving existing capabilities

" Responsible for customizing, developing, and supporting solutions on the (url removed) platform, drive Salesforce enhancements and improvements

" integrations between salesforce and other internal systems to automate business processes

" Utilizing best practices to perform operational support, enhancements, bug fixes as needed to the (url removed) platform

" Possessing deeper knowledge of public Cloud architectures and systems like AWS, Azure including security aspects

" Helping drive designs towards scalable platforms, asynchronous, functional, and reactive systems

" Thinking on feet and solving complex business and engineering problems

" Mentoring and guiding other engineers within the team

" Well-developed interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills including the ability to negotiate, advise, influence others, and work collaboratively

" Verifying solutions by writing and executing automated test classes.

" Documenting and analyzing processes, procedures, and ensure code is properly documented.

" Creating and maintaining a code repository to ensure a seamless deployment process for all team members.

" Staying current on the latest trends and Salesforce releases.

" Entirely self-directed, can solve business problems from inception to implementation, can solve business problems without explicit direction
