What will your day look like? As a Salesforce Customer Support Engineer, you will:
- Mastermind the optimization of the Salesforce Customer 360 platform
- Foster cross-departmental synergy by weaving functions and data seamlessly into Salesforce Customer 360
- Empower users with comprehensive training and ongoing support for Salesforce Customer 360 proficiency
- Act as the conduit between internal stakeholders and external consultants/vendors for system evolution and enhancements
- Collaborate closely with CRM administrators and business stakeholders to grasp needs and tailor C360 solutions accordingly
- Drive enhancements and refinements to boost the effectiveness of customer data management and CRM workflows upon request
- Sustain seamless connectivity between Salesforce 'Core' orgs and Salesforce Marketing Cloud through diligent maintenance of connectors
- Swiftly address and resolve Salesforce support tickets within specified service level agreements (SLAs)
- Document and monitor incidents, ensuring stakeholders are promptly informed of resolution progress
- Perform root cause analysis on recurring issues, proactively mitigating future occurrences
- Contribute to knowledge bases by documenting issue resolutions for reference
- Foster collaboration and efficient project management by coordinating with CRM administrators, IT teams, and external vendors for seamless C360 integration and support
- Engage in meetings and discussions to gather requirements, provide technical insights, and aid in decision-making processes
- Provide end-user training and support on Salesforce 'Core' functionality to internal teams
- Stay abreast of the latest Salesforce features, updates, and best practices
- Actively participate in training programs and pursue certifications to enhance technical proficiency
You will be a good fit as a Salesforce Customer Support Engineer if you:
- Possess familiarity with ITIL processes such as Incident Management, Problem Management, and Knowledge Management
- Demonstrate collaborative work with Salesforce Administrators and Business Users to tailor C360 solutions to meet requirements
- Bring experience in a Business Analyst capacity, encompassing requirements elicitation, story refinement, and testing
- Exhibit foundational proficiency in technical troubleshooting and root cause analysis
