- Perform technical configuration tasks within the Salesforce platform, with afocus onService Cloud implementation for NHBC.
- Actively participate in scrum meetings to provide support and updates on project progress.
- Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs encountered during the implementation process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including configuration workbooks and installation guides.
Responsibilities
- Minimum of2years ofhands-on experience with Salesforce implementation projects, specifically inService Cloud.
- At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English.
- Proficiency in technical configuration within the Salesforce platform. (Development knowledge is not required)
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum methodology (will be a plus).
