Role: Salesforce Architect Relevant Experience: 10+ Years Location: Onsite (US), West Coast

Role Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, integration capabilities, and best practices to deliver innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of the customer organization.

Responsibilities:
Architect end-to-end solutions on the Salesforce platform that align with business objectives, scalability, security, and performance requirements.
Design and implement enterprise solutions across the customer landscape, considering business challenges and requirements.
Scope, plan, and estimate projects or modules of work.
Act as a trusted advisor, suggesting the right enterprise solutions to the customer while keeping Salesforce best practices in mind.
Continuously assess and optimize the Salesforce platform to enhance user experience, streamline processes, and improve system performance.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to gather requirements, define solution roadmaps, and drive consensus on technical decisions.
Create comprehensive technical documentation, including design, data architecture, integration architecture, and implementation guidelines.

Qualifications:
Approximately 15 years of IT industry experience.
Relevant experience of a minimum of 10+ years in Salesforce.
Proven functional/technical professional with at least 5 full lifecycle implementations and at least 10+ years working with SFDC.
Direct experience with Sales, Service, Field Service, Community, CPQ, Platform (application design, architecture, and development using ).
Experience with new Clouds like Einstein, Health, Retail and CPG Cloud, and CDP is an added advantage.
Marketing Cloud/Commerce Cloud experience is good to have.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns, API-based integrations, and middleware technologies.
Strong technical foundation including advanced structured programming (APEX, .Net, Java, etc.), understanding of RDBMS concepts and structures, and structured system analysis and design methods.
Proven experience in overseeing the direction, development, and implementation of SFDC CRM software solutions.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
platform experience, including knowledge of platform limitations (e.g., API and governor limits).
Evaluation of with third-party solutions.
Supervisory experience in technical solutioning, code reviews, and assigning technical tasks.
Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks, such as TOGAF, is preferred.
Certifications: Certified Application Architect, Certified System Architect.
