Our challenge

We are seeking a talented and experienced Salesforce Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, high-quality Salesforce solutions, providing technical leadership, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

The Role:

Salesforce Architect

Responsibilities:

Lead the design and architecture of scalable and robust Salesforce solutions to meet business and technical requirements

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and translate them into Salesforce designs and technical solutions

Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality Salesforce solutions

Evaluate and recommend Salesforce technologies, tools, and frameworks to support the development and delivery of solutions

Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and architectural principles within the Salesforce ecosystem

Conduct architecture reviews, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies

Participate in pre-sales activities, including solution presentations, proposal development, and client meetings

Mentor and coach development teams on Salesforce best practices, patterns, and methodologies

Requirements:

Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Application Architect or Salesforce Certified System Architect

Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Community Cloud, or other Salesforce products

Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Pardot

Experience with Salesforce DX and DevOps practices

Familiarity with agile methodologies and practices
