Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administration Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our sales department, ensuring smooth operations and efficient communication between internal teams and clients.

Responsibilities:

Support Sales for preparing quotation.

Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, including order entry, invoicing, and shipment coordination.

Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.

Assist in the preparation of sales reports, forecasts, and presentations.

Coordinate logistics for sales meetings, conferences, and events.

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.

Collaborate closely with the sales team to provide administrative support and facilitate sales activities.

Handle administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents.

Assist in the creation and distribution of sales and marketing materials.

Provide general administrative support to the sales department as needed.
