DPP is seeking a Sales Support Specialist for an opportunity in Mt. Pleasant, SC.
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our client's team as a Sales Support Specialist. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys supporting a sales team to achieve their goals.
Located in the beautiful Mt. Pleasant, SC, this position offers the flexibility of remote work with occasional in-office tasks. If you are detail-oriented, proficient in Microsoft Office, and have a knack for handling multiple projects within strict timelines, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Actively support the sales team by providing proposals, end-of-engagement reports, and completing RFPs for new business.
- Learn and navigate various online bidding systems.
- Collaborate with different departments within the organization.
- Handle mailing tasks via FedEx for reports and proposals.
- Provide project-based documents to team members.
- Manage Salesforce mailing campaigns and report on their effectiveness to the sales team.
- Work with the Marketing Director on various marketing efforts.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Self-starter with the ability to handle multiple projects within strict timelines.
- Ability to learn and login into various online bidding systems.
- 5 years of experience in administrative support or technical writing.
Preferred:
- While not required, a background in graphic design and familiarity with Adobe products such as InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator would be a bonus.
