Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detailed orientated Sales Support Intern to join our dynamic team at Valley Packaging a leading corrugated manufactuing company.
This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales operations and support functions while contributing to the growth and efficiency of our sales processes.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparations of sales presentations and proposals to enhance the sales pitch process.
- Support the sales team in managing and updating customer databases to ensure accurate information is available for all clients interactions.
- Help coordinate sales orders and delivery schedules to ensure timely fulfillment of customer requirements.
- Participating in client meetings and sales conferences to gain insight into customer needs and market trends.
- Assist in the creation of sales reports and analysis to track sales performance and identify areas of improvement.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team
- Collaborate with other departments, such as Design, Customer Service and Production to ensure cohesive approach to customer satisfaction.
- Learn and utilize company-spesific software for order processing.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite(Work,Excel, PowerPoints)
- Keen interest in sales.
