Your Responsibility:
Complete our comprehensive instruction program in your first 6 weeks
Actively pursue residential restoration roofing sales in storm-damaged neighborhoods
Effectively close sales in your territory
Collaborate with a mentor invested in your success
Work with a team of highly motivated and fun-loving individuals
Manage homeowner expectations and experience throughout the construction process
Work a 40-hr flexible schedule to meet with homeowners
Grow a substantial book of business
Compensation:
First year Sales Rep estimated earnings $50,000-$130,000
Commissions paid weekly
Additional weekly onboard pay during 6 weeks coaching period
Uncapped earnings potential
Travel Opportunities
Eligible and interested teammates may:
Participate in our Storm Response Team - where sales teammates can be sent to other branches with recent storm damage
Participate in our SnowBird program - where teammates in branches affected by colder weather can be sent to branches that are still active.
Your credentials:
Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
1 year sales experience, D2D, retail, customer service
Valid driver's license
Able to climb ladders and walk on rooftops
Coachable and positive mindset
Desire to determine your own earnings
Strong communication skills with a passion and aptitude for helping people
