Base Salary: $40,000-$55,000/yr plus commissions.

Job Overview:

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for cultivating new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and promoting our range of construction products and services. You'll be the face of our company, representing our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm while driving revenue growth.

Job Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and referrals.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and providing tailored solutions.

Develop a deep understanding of our construction products and services, staying updated on industry trends and competitors to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.

Deliver engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our offerings.

Negotiate terms and pricing agreements with clients to secure profitable contracts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions, sales calls, and pipeline updates, using our CRM system.

Job Qualifications:

B.S. or A.S. Degree in Business, preferred,

1+ years of previous sales experience in a customer-facing role, required.

Basic understanding of the construction industry, including terminology, processes, and materials, helpful.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.

Proactive and driven individual with a strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse clientele.

Proficiency in MS Office suite and familiarity with CRM software is advantageous. Salesforce, preferred.

Must be comfortable with national travel.
