A bit about us:Sales Representative needed at leading transportation and logistics company located near Kansas City. This is a role that requires some experience selling in 3PL, transportation / logistics industry. Prior experience is preferred but would be willing to train the industry for a candidate who has the right attitude and motivation.
Base + commission.

Job DetailsDUTIES:
- Develop account relationships with contacts at multiple levels within customer organization via calling and face-to-face visits
- Cold Call and sell into customer pipeline
- Meet and exceed progressive sale goals
- Identify opportunities to further penetrate accounts by selling a large service portfolio
- Design solutions and help customers solve their supply challenges through face to face interaction with accounts
- Prepare pricing options and receive support from the account leadership team

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors Degree preferred
- 1+ years of Freight Brokerage sales experience, or working for a 3PL logistics provider preferred
- Would be willing to train the industry for candidates who have the right attitude and transferable skills
- Experience in new account development and head hunter sales preferred
