Entry-Level Sales Representative Responsibilities:
- Meet consumers directly and interact in a pleasant, positive, and professional manner at all times
- Maintain and update customer information accurately and in a timely manner
- Verify confidential customer information and qualify potential customers for our enrollment benefits
- Pay close attention to detail and actively listen to customer concerns to find the best possible solution
- Execute events and coordinate with fellow team members on daily and weekly sales goals
- Collaborate with other Entry-Level Sales Representatives, Sales Managers, and Marketing team members to come up with creative solutions to further educate community members on the benefits of our program
- Stay updated on new products, service, and benefits we can offer potential new members
