Are you a driven sales professional who thrives in a high-energy, fast-paced, and dynamic environment? If so, we have a fantastic opportunity for you. We are seeking a Permanent Sales Representative to join our ambitious team. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who is eager to meet and exceed goals and quotas. You will be directly involved in all aspects of the sales process, from prospecting to closing the deal. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients, and you will use your 'hunter' instincts to identify and pursue potential business opportunities. This role requires at least 2 years of direct sales experience.

Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Sales Representative, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

1. Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects.
2. Meeting and exceeding sales goals and quotas on a consistent basis.
3. Developing and implementing strategic sales plans that expand the company's customer base and ensure its strong presence in the market.
4. Maintaining a robust sales pipeline through proactive outreach and strong client relationships.
5. Providing accurate sales forecasts and reports to management, as well as providing feedback on customer needs, problems, interests, and potential for new products and services.
6. Collaborating with team members to secure, retain, and grow accounts.
7. Keeping abreast of best practices and promotional trends in the industry.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. A minimum of 1 years of direct sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
2. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
3. A 'hunter' mentality, with the drive and determination to identify and pursue potential business opportunities.
4. Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals effectively and profitably.
5. Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
6. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
7. A high level of self-motivation and self-discipline, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
8. A positive, 'can-do' attitude, with the resilience and persistence to overcome challenges and obstacles.
