Outside Sales Representative
This position is for a driven, sales professional that seeks an opportunity to make over six figures within the first year.
Sales Representatives Responsibilities:

Work assigned market area to generate new business and close deals
Meet or exceed KPI's set by your area manager
Represent the companies quality, benefits and integrity to homeowners
Attend sales appointments on time and demonstrate the value of using RoofClaim to prospective clients
Identify pain points and communicate the company's ability to solve homeowners roofing problems.
Be an excellent communicator that understands how to overcome objections
Efficiently and accurately update customer files
Provide top quality customer service to your clients
Seek and generate referral business
Effectively manage your daily schedule - This position is not for people who want to be micromanaged
Generate and collect revenue

Requirements

1+ year of Sales Experience or fast paced high earning hospitality experience
Strong closing abilities
Demonstrated skill to overcome objections
Willing and able to climb a ladder and walk on the roofing surface
Ability to lift 55 pounds
Clean driving record
Must be able to pass an extensive background check, and MVR
High School Degree or Equivalent
Monday - Friday, Weekends Optional

$45,000 Salary - Uncapped Commission + Revenue Bonuses
Ability to make $100,000+ in your first year
Earning potential of $150,000 - $350,000
