Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Build and sustain strong, long-term relationships with clients in the construction industry, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

CRM Proficiency: Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with precise and up-to-date information to track sales activities and client interactions.

Daily Sales Calls: Initiate and follow up on sales calls daily to identify new business opportunities and nurture existing customer relationships.

Must be Goal oriented: meet and exceed sales targets, adapting to market trends and customer feedback.

Customer Service Excellence: Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.

Networking: Actively participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company and expand your professional network.

Qualifications:
Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.

Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales, preferably within the construction industry, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Self-Motivation and Confidence: Highly self-motivated, confident, and capable of working independently to achieve goals.

Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.

Quick Thinking and Problem Solving: Ability to think on your feet and solve problems creatively and efficiently.

Tech Savvy: Comfortable with technology and proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.

Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
