A roofing company in Dripping Springs is looking to bring on a Sales Representative to join their team. This is an in office role with some light travel around the Austin area. Base salary is $30-50k with on target earnings around $80-90k in year one.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly sales/revenue goals and maintain CRM daily.
- Identify and qualify bidding opportunities, nurture customer relationships, and grow technical knowledge.
- Lead company efforts in customer-centric service, attend sales meetings and training events, and report sales activities weekly.
- Conduct roof inspections, manage client portfolios, attend networking events, and maintain organized files.
- Represent our company professionally at all times.
Requirements:
- Prior sales experience with a sense of urgency and multitasking abilities.
- Background in roofing, real estate, or construction is preferred.
- Goal-oriented, with strong communication skills.
