Job Title: Inside Sales Representative
Pay Range: $23.08/HR + Commission
Employment Type: Full-Time Employment (36 hours per week) Increases to 40 hours per week after 3-4 months
Shift: Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm OR 7am-4pm - YOUR CHOICE.
Office Location: Allen, Texas - OnSite

Major Goals And Responsibilities:

Call warm to hot leads, establishing strong relationships with appropriate parties

Identify correct contacts for leads

Negotiate leases and maximize terms with landlords

Prepare sales proposals

Communicate details of negotiated leases with key stakeholders

Update system with documentation of all communications with each party
Essential Activities:

Communicate with Landlords: Negotiate leases through inbound and outbound calls, and review voicemails and emails.

Prepare for Calls: Review and research existing and/or new leases using the Company's database/software system and other sources.

Enter Data: Input data into the Company's database/software system.

Prepare Sales Proposals: Create presentation packages with accurate information and send them via fax, email, or standard mail.
Experience:
-
1-2 years of sales experience in a commission-based sales environment

Customer service, call center, and/or experience dealing with the public is helpful

High School diploma
-
Experience in the mortgage, insurance, or real estate industry is especially considered.
