Role: Sales Rep Biz Development
Location: Edison, NJ
Responsibilities:
• Present, promote and sell GraniteScape products (Pavers, Curb, Cobbles, Treads / Steps, Building Stone and other custom products all-natural Granite stone) throughout the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions by being on the road visiting prospects and customers 3-4 days per week
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Network with customers to identify new opportunities
• Expedite the resolution of customer issues to maximize satisfaction
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
• Provide management with reports on customer needs and interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Research on upcoming projects in the region or wherever the Regional clients are specifying
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
• Continuously improve through feedback
Requirements
• Proven track record and experience as a field sales representative
• Familiarity with using a CRM to report and track activity and results
• Ability to build productive and professional business relationships
• Highly motivated and target driven
• Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
