We are a fast-growing organization dedicated to providing exceptional mortgage services. We operate under a joint venture model, collaborating closely with real estate brokerages as shareholders. We are seeking a seasoned Sales Manager with a strong entrepreneurial mindset to drive growth, recruiting, and expansion nationally.

As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading our mortgage branches to success. The ideal candidate will possess extensive management experience in the mortgage industry, along with a proven track record of exceeding sales goals and fostering a culture of ownership and excellence.

Key Attributes:

Ownership Mentality:

Demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit and a proactive approach to managing all aspects of the business. Act as a strategic leader with a vested interest in the success and profitability of the branch. Ability to operate in a start-up business.

Financial Acumen :

Possess a granular understanding of profit and loss statements, business structures, and shareholder reports. Drive financial performance through effective management of resources and revenue streams.

Sales Leadership:

Lead by example to exceed new business generation, pipeline, and sales management goals. Mentor, train, and motivate team members to achieve and surpass sales targets

Talent Acquisition:

Recruit, hire, and train branch personnel, including Mortgage Loan Officers (MLOs) and other professionals, to build a high-performing and well-rounded team. Continuously evaluate staffing needs and implement strategies to attract and retain top talent.

Compliance and Quality Assurance:

Ensure adherence to branch procedures, policies, and protocols, as well as compliance with state, regional, and federal guidelines. Maintain a thorough understanding of mortgage brokering practices and uphold industry standards.

Qualifications:

Years of management experience in the mortgage industry, with a proven track record of meeting sales goals

Strong understanding of the joint venture model and real estate brokerage dynamics

Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting

Ability to recruit, develop, and coach a high-performing team

Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required

Compensation:

Base salary: $75,000 annually

Generous benefits, bonuses and incentives, with potential earnings exceeding $150,000 per year
