Responsibilities

Develop and implement a strategic plan to identify and engage with facilities and organizations in the clinical laboratory sector to establish partnerships that foster long term business development.

Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, marketing and communication teams, and researchers.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for partnership and develop proposals to secure revenue

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment and execution of strategic initiatives, including product launches, content creation, event sponsorships, and more.

Manage and track partnership metrics, including engagement, reach, and revenue generation.

Optimize the sales process from lead generation to deal closure.

Manage and maintain the CRM system for accurate data entry and reporting.

Develop and analyze sales reports and dashboards to track performance metrics.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, or related field. MBA is preferred.

+3 years experience in IVD or medical device-related industry

Experience developing sales processes and continuously maintaining pipelines

Experience in IVD sales or some biopharma application sales is preferred

Knowledge of sales as it relates to manufacturing businesses, distribution relationships, white label, production, etc

Data-backed track record of success in sales

Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools.

Background in Biology/Immunology or Biotechnology field (Highly Preferred)

Speak Multiple Languages (Bonus)

Ability to travel up to 30% of the time including occasional weekends and international travel
