The Role

We are looking for a hands-on Sales Operations Director who will both optimize our existing processes and drive the use of data to enhance our insights into our customers and the market at large :

  • Serve as the right-hand person to Growth and Customer Success leadership on all issues and challenges impacting the success of the sales team
  • Lead, manage, and evaluate the sales tools, processes, policies, and programs to ensure continuous productivity and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with the VP of Finance to ensure that quote creation and approval SLAs are met
  • Review non-standard deal terms, ensure compliance with internal policies, and act as the escalation point for approvals
  • Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization, with a focus on scalability
  • Implement and own forecasting dashboards, identifying the most important metrics for measuring success.
  • Oversee the onboarding and continued training of sales personnel
  • Identify and develop potential new markets and opportunities to expand sales

The ideal candidate should have:

  • 5+ years of sales management experience within Saas B2B environments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven track record of driving sales growth
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, expected to build strong and trusting relationships with both technical and commercial stakeholders.
  • Startup experience or should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with high agility
  • Deep technology experience (Engineering or Science background is a plus)
  • Excellent team collaboration (you will work especially closely with Marketing Sales and Customer Success teams)
  • Ability to travel as needed (>10%)
