Sales Operations Coordinator position will be responsible for:
- Administering and implementing the process to maintain, update and communicate the prospects database and to support the sales cycle.
- Working with the data team to develop customer business reviews.
- Maintaining Sales Map territories for the national and strategic accounts for all business segments.
- Providing the regional associates and corporate sales team with a refreshed prospect database on an annual basis.
- Updating Sales Operations Manual.
- Updating profitability, analysis and tracking of customer profitability.
- Administering and updating all biographical data for sales force at the national level.
- Prepares recognition program data annually for regional and corporate sales leadership for review and to determine top performing sales associates; prepares and communicates monthly sales recognition updates.
Sales Operations Coordinator background should include:
- Associate degree and 2 years of experience
- MS Excel (intermediate),
