Sales & Marketing Representative

Providing adequate information about available products and services to prospective and existing customers upon request. Responding to inquiries from prospective and existing customers about available products and services, including pricing, shipping/delivery procedures, and schedules. Facilitating sales transactions and receiving payments for the purchase of High-Quality Shipping Containers of various categories and sizes, as well as any other included services. Initiating sales interactions with customers professionally and courteously. Handing over delivery/shipping schedules and related logistics of export and import shipments to the Logistics Department. Supervising delivery/shipments to ensure adherence to delivery/shipment schedules and requirements. Compiling and submitting weekly reports on sales activities, delivery/shipping activities, and payment summaries for purchased products and services from the previous week.
