1. Job Description:
Communicate, discuss and negotiate with customers and suppliers in a professional, timely and efficient manner
Manage request for quotations for the customers, while providing quality service in accordance to company guidelines
Process sales orders via e-mail, fax, phone etc. accurately and efficiently
Marketing and contacting potential customers
2. Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred
Proactive and positive attitude
Strong attention to detail
Able to multitask under time constraints
Computer Skills (CRM, ERM, Excel, Microsoft Office etc.)
Excellent verbal and written communication
Ability to solve problem with a strong sense of professionalism
Organized, flexible and capable of working in an independent and team environment
Experience preferred but NOT required:
Industrial sales
Customer service
Understanding of import & export
