Primary responsibility includes managing and directing inside and outside s ales staff. Monitors and ensures all sales staff consistently establish contact with prospective and exiting customers and takes responsibility for developing new business opportunities. Provides s upport to sales staff to ensure adequate support is provided to existing customers and solicits opportunities for additional business. Monitors and ensures that all inside and outside sales staff work collaboratively to provide excellent customer service. Maintains expected company culture in alignment with the mission and quality policy set forth by Desco, I nc. to ensure excellent service and commitment to overall quality of product.
