Sales Manager will assist the Sales & Marketing Director to oversee the sales and marketing activities and achieve the sales goal.

Job Description

• Revolve around orchestrating the delivery of marketing and sales strategies, tools, and operational workflows that empower the on-site sales to not only meet but surpass the annual sales target

• Collaborate with the on-site sales team on various aspects, including lead generation, pricing strategy, marketing campaign, model unit staging and event planning.

• Prepare market trend report and in-depth market analysis for management.

• Contribute to the planning and execution of sales events, such as Sales Kick Offs, broker events and sales events.

• Collaborate with sales team to prepare the annual sales and marketing budget and keep good track of marketing expenses.

• Work with on-site sales team to review and approve offers, monitor the whole transaction progress.

• Work with Marketing Agency and PR firm to produce high-quality marketing collateral for the project.

• Work with project management team to conduct the walkthrough, prepare the punch list.

• Effectively communicate value propositions through presentations and proposals.

• Foster a team environment among the sales team.

• Knowledge, understanding, and compliance with COA policies and procedures.

• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant work experience.

• 3-5 years of related sales experience in new development residential projects or customer centric business environment.

• Ability to prioritize and work in a multi-task environment.

• Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule.

• Experienced with commercial real estate is a plus.

• Exceptional time management, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel.
