Responsibilities:
You will:

Collaborate with senior executives to establish and execute sales goals for the area

Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas

Project expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products

Identify opportunities for improvement and expense reduction

Stay current with new trends, economic indicators, and competitor activity

Select, recruit, coach, and counsel team members to ensure strong results

Together with the team, build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with key customers

Partner with the team to nurture and develop new customer opportunities

Manage, develop, coach, counsel, and motivate the sales team

Educate the sales team through regular meetings, seminars, and training.

Qualifications:
You have:

5+ years of sales experience (Jan/San or Food Service)

3+ years of sales leadership experience

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Excellent communication and organization skills

Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Excellent strategic & creative problem-solving skills
