This position is compensated on a base + commission structure, $35k-$100k/yr is a range taken from our current employees is this specific role.
- Engage with prospects who've expressed interest in our solar program via phone calls, text messages, and emails.
- Qualify leads, ensuring they are a good fit for our solar solutions and set appointments for senior team members to delve deeper.
- Keep meticulous records of communications and interactions with leads, ensuring all potential solar clients are handled with professionalism and care.
- Work collaboratively with our sales and customer service teams to fine-tune our lead management approach.
- Attend team-building activities and workshops to promote a united team ethos.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a GED or higher.
- Fluent in English; bilingual candidates will be given preference.
- Superior reading and writing skills; ensuring clear communication and zero spelling errors.
- 1-2 years of sales experience in the solar or related industry is preferred but not essential.
- 1-2 years of customer service experience is a plus.
