As our Sales Lead Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in our sales process, bridging the gap between potential clients and our retail offerings. Your primary focus will be on converting inquiries into scheduled sales leads, providing tailored recommendations to meet customers' needs, and ensuring the smooth progression of proposals into finalized sales. You'll be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service through various channels and actively driving our marketing efforts to maximize lead generation. Primary Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for inbound calls, adeptly converting 90% of inquiries into scheduled sales leads.
Educate clients on our diverse range of products and services, offering personalized recommendations to meet their requirements.
Follow up with clients post-proposal, addressing any queries and facilitating additional sales visits to convert proposals into finalized deals.
Provide support to clients via email and guide them through our website as needed.
Take the lead in driving marketing initiatives, ensuring each Home Comfort Advisor receives a steady flow of leads.
Collaborate with the marketing team to oversee the production and timely distribution of direct mail and newspaper campaigns.
Communicate lead production and marketing requirements effectively to the Regional Director of Operations/District Vice President.
Conduct proactive follow-up calls with clients who have recently utilized our services to generate further sales leads.
Compile and submit daily reports on sales and lead information to relevant teams.
Actively participate in company-sponsored training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Possess 3-5 years of prior customer service experience, coupled with 1-2 years of telephone lead generation expertise.
Demonstrate strong negotiation skills and the ability to communicate clearly and positively, fostering nurturing relationships with clients.
Proficient in explaining complex topics in a clear and concise manner, with excellent active listening skills.
Exhibit computer proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Hold a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record.

Environmental Conditions:

Be open to extended work hours, including day and/or evening shifts.

Physical Requirements:

Comfortably operate a personal computer and related equipment.
Ability to sit for extended periods.
Maintain adequate auditory functioning and visual acuity to operate call management hardware, software, and communications equipment.
Adapt to potentially stressful conditions and occasional verbal or physical confrontations.
Flexibility to work extended hours, nights, or weekends as needed.

Salary range:

$70,000 - $1000,000

This position's pay will be a combo of salary and performance pay with an uncapped earning based on sales conversions.
