Position: Sales Associate

Crown Staffing is seeking dynamic individuals to join our team as Sales Associates in Mason, OH. Japanese language proficiency is not required for this position, although it is considered a plus. Our sales department often interacts with Japanese customers, but rest assured, our associates are always accompanied by a sales engineer fluent in Japanese.

Position Details:
Office Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (8:30 AM during any temporary periods)
Salary: $45,000 - $50,000 per year (based on experience)
Requirements: Bachelor's degree with 0-2 years of experience. Training will be provided on our products.
Travel: Candidates should be comfortable with occasional travel. This role involves visits to our Canada territory 1-2 times a month. Rest assured, associates are always accompanied during travel, ensuring continuous support.
Responsibilities: This role entails a combination of retaining current customers and acquiring new clients. There is significant potential for growth for the right candidate.
