The Supervisor mentors and trains the Sales Gallery Team to provide outstanding service to both our internal and external clients prior to, during and after they attend sales presentations.

Other Duties Include:

• Develop and implement policies and procedures for the Gifting, Front Desk and Kitchen Teams.
• Coordinate the scheduling and staffing of the Team.
• Ensures that outstanding customer service standards are practiced, and scripts are followed.
• Respond to customer complaints.
• Manage and maintain the Premium Inventory and Petty Cash.
• Ensure the Team Leads are performing their opening and closing duties accurately.

• Earn $22 - $25 per hour depending upon experience.

What We Are Looking For:

• 2+ years of guest or customer service experience
• 1+ years of supervisory experience
• Proficiency (reading, writing, speaking) in English
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• Ability to work a flexible work schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree
• Previous experience with CHORUS and VOICE systems
