Job Details

We are looking to attract a talented Experienced Sales Executive in Milwaukee, WI to support our growth strategy.

The primary responsibility of the Sales Executive is to grow our footprint across the US market through the growth of new customers. This position requires a person possessing deep knowledge of US import and export processes, specializing in Air Freight.

Main Responsibilities:
- Develop new and prospective customers in the United States;
- Lead in the preparation and negotiation of bids, RFQ's & quotations with customers;
- Lead sales campaigns
- Plan and manage personal business portfolio/territory according to agreed market strategy;
- Respond and follow up sales inquiries and leads using appropriate methods;
- Client management of allocated customers by using established tools to achieve and exceed targets;
- Consistent follow up with new clients to Account Management level;
- Deployment of information about all contracts with customers and suppliers to all parties;
- Ensure customer requests are completed in a timely manner and at the highest possible service level;
- Negotiate with Airlines for customer rates.
- Resolves discrepancies, while keeping record of discrepancies;
- Sales administration: update and maintain all relevant information about customers and sales activities;
- Monitor competitor activity and industry trends;
- Provide periodic reporting of sales activities.

Desired Skills and Experience:
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in Air Freight Forwarding sales
  • Proven record of growing business and starting new accounts;
  • High level negotiation skills
  • Relationship builder
  • Ability to focus on results, action orientated;
  • Fluency in spoken and written English
