Job Details

Summary:
The Solution Engineer provides the sales force (direct and channel) in-depth knowledge of the technical requirements and business use of our products to close ERP sales opportunities. Your job will to be connect with customers as we expand our business. Building long-term relationships with key stakeholders is a vital part to be on this team. We strive to be the industry leader in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) by leveraging industry knowledge and making the most of your resources.

To be considered for this role, you MUST HAVE BisTrack knowledge and experience

Day to day:
  • Prepare for and conduct software demonstrations along with Sales team.
  • Provide technical expertise by documenting processes and providing work flow analysis in manufacturing, distribution, and accounting.
  • Consult with sales force to provide solutions to customer requirements.
  • Act as a liaison with the Product Managers to discuss potential product development.
  • Conduct customer and prospect webinars.
  • 50% travel, domestic

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience of presales within the ERP industry or equivalent operational ERP experience
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience
  • BisTrack knowledge and experience is required
  • Background of success in supporting both direct and channel sales
  • Experience in the building supply, manufacturing, distribution, or finance industry
  • Documented experience of giving customer presentations / demonstrations
  • Successful candidates may have worked for companies such as: SAP, Microsoft, Infor, Sage,
  • Netsuite or other ERP companies or Value Added Resellers (VARs) .
