WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Edge Delta is seeking Sales Directors to own in-territorial business for Edge Delta's Enterprise segment. This role will be responsible for developing and executing a regional plan, including growing customer accounts within the region, working complex enterprise sales cycles, and collaborating across functions inside the company.

This role is critical to the future success of this fast-growing company. There are ample opportunities for promotion and rewards as the company achieves its growth targets. This role will report directly to Edge Delta's SVP of Sales.

  • Contribute to and be responsible for revenue growth and achieving quarterly booking goals.
  • Build relationships with VP & C-Suite prospects to methodically qualify, build, and manage an accurate sales funnel and pipeline.
  • Collaborate across all major internal functional areas (sales engineering, marketing, sales, and alliances) as well as external partners and customers.
  • Research, identify, and generate new business opportunities to build and manage a sales funnel and pipeline.
  • Build sales strategy and tactics for business development and revenue growth.
  • Maintain a high volume of activity, including outbound calls, emails, & social selling.
  • Skillfully deliver in-person and web-based presentations.

WHO YOU ARE:

  • 5+ years of experience selling enterprise software with a track record of achieving and exceeding annual quota.
  • Hunter mentality. Relentless prospector with proven abilities to open new markets and penetrate accounts through creative outreach strategies.
  • Possess a growth mindset - constantly seeking new skills, strategies, and Industry knowledge to continuously elevate your sales capabilities.
  • Experience with MEDDPICC and COM.
  • Experience running enterprise software sales cycles, from prospecting through close.
  • Dynamic interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • The ability to build and deliver effective presentations to your customers.
  • A love for working in a fast-paced environment where your input is critical to the success and growth of the company.
  • A commitment to working in a collaborative environment, working together as a team.
  • Experience working with Salesforce and other sales-oriented tools.
