WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
A strategic leader with a proven track record of building high-performing sales teams and achieving targets. As Sales Director you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative sales strategies, creating a comprehensive sales playbook, and optimizing the sales process to drive revenue growth.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Design and implement a comprehensive sales strategy and playbook, outlining best practices and processes
Track progress against key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure sales team performance and areas for improvement
Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership on sales performance and market trends to identify opportunities for optimization and growth
Identify new market opportunities and emerging trends to drive business growth
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sales strategies with marketing and product development
Help foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation within the sales organization
Manage multiple sales teams to hit KPIs and quotas
Manage sales team compensation and employees to achieve targets and stay within budget.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
Proven experience and expertise in both real estate investment sales and SaaS sales
Deep understanding of the real estate industry. Strong knowledge of software solutions sales, methodologies and technology trends
Demonstrated success in leading sales teams to achieve and exceed targets in real estate and/or SaaS sales.
Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute innovative sales strategies that drive business growth in both areas
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and strategies to internal teams and stakeholders

$150,000-$165,000
