As a Sales Development Representative at Duro, you will play a vital role in driving company revenue growth by identifying and qualifying leads and building strong relationships with potential customers. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our sales and marketing teams to help shape the future of our business. What You'll Do

Conduct research and identify potential customers

Reach out to prospects via email, phone or social media to educate them on Duro's products

Qualify leads and schedule appointments for our sales team

Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content to support sales efforts

Generate new leads and opportunities through targeted outreach campaigns

Keep detailed records of all customer interactions and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

6 months to 1+ years of experience in sales, lead generation or customer service

Metric-driven and strong understanding of how a sales funnel works

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment

Proficient in Google Docs and customer relationship management (CRM) software

Familiarity with sales development tools and techniques is a plus
