Our Sales & Customer Support Representatives work with the Customer Service and Sales team. The Sales & Customer Support Representative will be accountable for establishing best practices and refining processes that support customer care objectives and overall sales margins.


Responsibilities of the Sales & Customer Support Representative:

  • Contacting and engaging consumers from provided lead lists from clients, eventually progressing to developing new business and maintaining current relationships
  • Answer questions regarding order status, payment, product, promotions, technical problems related to the customer experience
  • Displays active listening skills, perceives emotional awareness under challenging situations, and empathizes with customers to enhance an overall positive experience
  • Gain product and service knowledge by attending client meetings related to technology, sales promotions, and products updates
  • Developing strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Driving sales through promotional campaigns
