- Engaging with community members on a daily basis by executing direct-to-consumer marketing outreach campaigns
- Assisting those in need of assistance and providing service recommendations that will make a difference in their projects and life
- Qualifying customers for service opportunities
- Developing genuine and authentic relationships with those in need to build trust, rapport, and create an exceptional experience
- The collaboration and support amongst fellow Sales & Customer Service Representative team members
- Client knowledge training sessions executed by Senior Account Managers
