About the Role
The Sales Coordinator for Amazon will be a key member of the JPMS Brand Protection team. The functions of this role will focus on Amazon catalogue creation, management and monitoring, Amazon onboarding, new Amazon business support and set up.
Core Responsibilities (Essential Functions ):
- Support our current business and the expansion of our Amazon business in Mexico and Canada along with any future global expansion on Amazon
- Daily review 400+ SKUs to identify issues and optimizations with product titles, copy, images, videos, case count, pricing, etc.
- Assist with resolving page and catalogue issues via our standard processes utilizing our Amazon rep or support tickets in Vendor Central
- Assist in the setup of new product launches across all JPMS Brands. This includes the creation of various upload sheets and cross functional spreadsheets. Will require compiling information from multiple sources. Spanish translation of product descriptions and specs may be required
- Maintain a clean spreadsheet of active products categorized by brands, SKUs, ASINs, prices and other essential product details.
- Monitor and upload images on the Amazon product pages
- Exact information and data from Vendor Central and internal databases to create repo sales performance reports
- Support JPMS Amazon team as needed
Required Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Must be flexible, analytical and detail oriented
- Must possess strong organizational and communication skills
- Strong collaboration skills in a team environment
- Strong time management skills with ability to work independently and see projects to timely completion
- Demonstrated ability to learn new systems and technologies, specifically Amazon platform
Preferred Skills:
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Working knowledge of Amazon's Vendor Central platform
Qualifications:
Education:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Higher education preferred
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a coordinator or support role in eCommerce or sales
- Beauty Industry preferred
The salary range for this position is $65,000-$75,000 per year. The actual starting pay will be determined by a candidate's qualifications, including experience and relevant skills.
