Sales Coordinator

Adecco Staffing is looking for a Temporary Sales Coordinator for a National Company in Franklin, MA. This is a TEMPORARY role for 3-4 months.

Hours: 8:30AM-5:00PM, Monday-Friday
Pay: $23.82/hr

Job Summary:
This is a short term role that requires a candidate with the ability to handle customer calls and scheduling deliveries of HVAC appliances.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinates appliance phone support for inquiries from sales.
- Incoming and outgoing calls to customers in order to schedule their appliance delivery/install.
- Prepares timely and accurate information to incoming requests and status inquiries.
- Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service
- Help improve customer satisfaction by ensuring accuracy and timely processing of orders
- Collaborates with other departments and locations to ensure timely shipment of orders. Expedite as required.

Requirements:

- 1-2 years of prior customer service experience is required
- Ability to learn company's computer software
- Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills
- Pleasant phone etiquette
- Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook

Pay Details: $23.82 per hour
